Guatemala sing origin coffee



Octavio López Camposeco owns the 6.25-manzana (roughly 10.6 acre) farm El Durazno, where he exclusively grows coffee–mostly Catarrh, Catuai, and Pache varietals. the coffee is depulped the same day its harvested, then fermented dry for 24 hours before being washed three times. It is then patio-dried for 4-6 days.
